Returns Policy

Vision Lighting Ltd is committed to providing high-quality lighting products with a high-quality service. We hope that you don't need to return anything and that you are highly satisfied with your product purchase.

However, where a return is necessary; Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date the goods were sent. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bespoke goods such as Nanolight and Signtrim cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an original VAT invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1. We will accept the return of goods from you only:
1.1 by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing);
1.2 on payment of an agreed handling charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered);
1.3 where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery;
1.4 when you contact us and request a Goods Returns Number (GRN) and quote this when returning the goods to us; and
1.5 when you return the goods within 60 days of being allocated the GRN.

2. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
2.1 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2.2 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Refunds (if applicable)
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
4.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
4.2 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4.3 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4.4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vision-lighting.co.uk.

5. Sale items (if applicable)
5.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)
6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vision-lighting.co.uk and send your item to Unit 1 Wortley Moor Lane, Leeds, LDS, LS12 4JD, United Kingdom.

7. Gifts
7.1 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
7.2 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

8. Shipping
8.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit 1 Wortley Moor Lane, Leeds, LDS, LS12 4JD, United Kingdom.
8.2 You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
8.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
8.4 If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
