The continuing policy of Vision Lighting is to be recognised for high quality products in the Lighting industry.

This will be achieved through:

  • Considering the context of the organisation and aligning the Quality Management System with the strategic direction of Vision Lighting Ltd.
  • Consistently providing products and services that meet customer and applicable legal requirements.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the Quality Management System, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable legal requirements.
  • Management of organisation, along with employee-established quality objectives and defined responsibilities for their fulfilment.
  • Pursuing legal and standard requirements.
  • Careful selection of suppliers and contract delivery services.
  • Making continuous improvement a part of every day and every job.
  • Continuously upgrading the Quality Management System in all stages from order, receipt, production, shipment to after sales activities.

The Quality Manager is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all employees working for Vision Lighting Ltd.
